Go And Serve
Once you give your heart and soul to Christ, grow spiritually with a community of men.
You are ready to serve others through Christ. At Men on Mission, we want to organize communities of men to serve others through Christ. Give, grow, and go here near and far is not just a slogan; it’s our goal. When men give their heart and soul to Christ, they become armed with a sword to fight. When they grow spiritually, they are protected by a shield.
At this point, they need to say yes, pick up the sword and shield, spread the word of God, and serve here (locally), near (nationally), and far (globally).
Here
In northeast Georgia, we serve others and spread the word of God in many ways. We partner with iServe ministries to help reduce food insecurities. Through our partnership, we have donated money to help secure food for distribution to needy families.
We also have a group of men who help distribute the food bi-monthly at set locations and times. We also help families in need locally. From mentoring young men to landscape projects, we utilize our God-given talents to serve others through Christ.
Near
We have partnered with multiple organizations to assist churches and families in need after Hurricane Helene’s massive flooding. We also partner with Chestnut Mountain Ranch in Morgantown, West Virginia. Through this partnership, we have donated supplies to help offset the costs of building houses for the sponsor families that live there.
We also had the opportunity to help provide paint and labor to paint a new home for a sponsor family. We are always looking for more ways to help nationally.
Far
We Partner with the 410 Bridge to serve on mission trips globally. Over the past eight years, we have traveled to Nanyuki, Kenya, to serve the Maasai tribe in the Segera area. This trip is where Men on Mission started. We have invested in one specific area and built lasting relationships with the Maasai men over the years. Our primary focus is relationships, but we have partnered with In Touch Ministries and distributed over 10,000 audio bibles over the years. We partnered with Renew World Outreach to secure the equipment to show The Jesus Film. In 2024, we purchased four tents and a generator to help show The Jesus Film.
Just say yes
The hardest part of being a faithful Christian man is our culture. If we are not intentional about how we live, the world will tell us it’s okay to say no to prompts from God.
We will always be able to justify why we cannot serve others. We need to say yes and serve. Being part of Men on Mission enables you to utilize the spiritual gifts God gave us to go out and spread the word of God by serving others.
